differences between standard volume mt4 and clusterdelta volume

I have purchased the cluster delta premium indicator package and was studying the volume_alerts indicator, but I don't understand what difference in interpretation there is between this indicator and the standard MT4 volume. What do the bars in the volume_delta represent? where do you get the data from?

It is common question

- data comes from international exchanges
- every order is an order executed by ASK price and BID price
- VOLUME = ASK+BID
- DELTA = ASK - BID

standart MT4 volumes is a number of price deviation. Clusterdelta volumes are real volumes that were processed on the exchanges.
